1.1 Definitions

Key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the rk555 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on rk555.
• "Bet" refers to the amount of money placed by a Member in slots, live casino, sports betting, or any other gaming activity.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional funds or rewards provided by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Identification of Parties

This agreement is made between the entity operating the rk555 platform and the registered Member. By using the Platform, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years old to open an account on rk555. The Platform is strictly for those aged 21 and above. A valid government-issued ID must be provided during age verification. Any account belonging to a minor is legally invalid and will be terminated immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Member may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same individual or household is a violation of this policy. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. rk555 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided. Members must notify the support team as soon as possible if any personal information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is the Member's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the rk555 support team immediately. The Member is responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rk555 currently accepts transactions through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet). Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be held if a Member's identity verification is incomplete. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed. Multiple pending withdrawal requests are processed in order.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rk555 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, rk555 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice and to cooperate with relevant investigations.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 or more applies the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in total bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are for fair personal use only. rk555 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse is detected, including coordinated betting (arbitrage), bonus scalping, or any other exploitative strategy.

4.4 Right to Modify Offers

rk555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice. If terms change on a bonus that has already been claimed, the new terms will take effect from the next claim.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

rk555 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by third-party certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Games from verified providers are used, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI, and Ezugi.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of bot, script, or automated software
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Collusion or coordinated cheating with other Members
• Attempting to hack the Platform's systems or gain unauthorized access
• Accessing the Platform under a false identity or through another person's account

5.3 Technical Issues

rk555 is not liable for losses resulting from server outages, connection issues, or other technical faults. However, Member complaints regarding verifiable system errors will be reviewed through the support team.

6.1 Tier Structure

The rk555 VIP program has four tiers — a Member's tier is determined by their activity:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

6.2 VIP Terms

VIP benefits are available to regular and active Members only. rk555 may modify the VIP program terms at any time. rk555 reserves the right to revoke VIP status in the event of a policy violation.

7.1 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

7.2 Minor Protection
